Good to read, Drano, and I believe all readers of this board will appreciate your post. That fact is that innovative biotech behave in a different way from smallcap stocks in almost every other sector. That makes it imperative to adopt a long-term strategy on holding at least a small group of them and being prepared for the ups and downs, which will tend to be sharp in both directions. Your two pertinent examples, JAZZ and ACAD illustrate the main point very effectively. In other words, apart from the occasional weak performer that can't handle the testing procedures, even the very best of the small biotechs impose a need for strong nerves and a willingness to stay the course.
To me the special feature of CTIX as it is developing (apart from the special gifts and qualities of Dr Menon) is the fact that Cellceutix now has three top-tier products that look as if they have all the requisites to be able to change medical history. It's true that nothing is a foregone conclusion, but the "odds of success" – to quote your term – are, by now, impressive.
