elalpha533 - Seeing how you've done your DD - I hope you also read in the Financials that he, BC, loaned the Company money to continue to do business - No income, means the bills have to be paid anyway -
Any smart business man will loan money, not just piss it away ... And the man has no income, how else is he to support his Family ? Welfare ?
Probably should have done that - 30% of America is on Welfare - You probably know a few people like that.
