The trading levels of Altisource Portfolio Solutions (ASPS) exploded in the right direction, after the company's management said they believe ASPS is on solid footing and a suspension of Ocwen Financial’s mortgage license in California is unlikely. On Friday's conference call with analysts and investors, the company discussed recent events and strategy, and reported it would buy back shares.
Shares of ASPS closed at $27.66, up $9.29 (or +50.57%).
