Conflict of interest, corruption, conspiracy, slander, day and night constant bashing, negative blogosphere, professional message board bashers going 24/7 are certainly not helpful. I think when the SEC says Quiet Period it really means quiet. You don't violate that dictum.
I think somebody is going to jail when all is said and done and it won't be Bill and the BOD.
