He thought he could take on the responsibility of a public company while his opening intraday high of .049 floundered to .0038 levels. HEY CALKIN, YOU FAILED! I really like the fact the BOD recognized his short comings within less than one year. They moved quickly and decisively and I like those qualities. It was time for new blood, less arrogance, and the right opportunity for somebody else to take GRCU to the next level of procuring raw material, lower product costs, product development and sales. Dr. Jones has a great foundation in which to work given his background and expertise. I say Big Pharma given enough time!
