I'm not in the health field whatsoever and at times even refilling my own 
prescriptions but maybe guts can take a look at this and explain a lil more exactly what we're dealing wtih in lamend terms.
Here is a great website regarding express scripts /compound medicine and the phases. Celtics is right. PHase 3 started on the 1st.
