I, too, thought back in the day the 25% silent partner was an LLC of Bills, but can't remember what makes me think that. I disagree with the terms being favorable to the company, though. The demand note and the est. value of cenbio's real estate is roughly the same and may be the purpose of renegotiation. If dissolution were to occur this debtor is first in line to be paid. So, IMO, the debtor clearly showed a vote of no confidence.
