I would like to do my own little ALERT here! Since our litlle group is in the mood for exposing things.
We have a 25 year old chinese deliveryboy who claims to have some emails that "proves" his theory that this is a scam. Let's go over the facts here.
1. He works 80 hours a week and is on here 80 hours a week, that leaves him with 4 hours a week for sleep(which may explain his dilusions).
2. The emails he posted where out of context, he did not post the whole thread (things that make you go hhhmmmm)? He forgot to black out the time stamps (I have saved a screenshot of the post just incase he tries to take it down) which prove that the CEO was responding to his sympathy and not the selling of shares.
3. He admitted on this very forum that he and others were working together to manipulate the price of this company, which is the only scam going on here. I also have a screenshot of that post saved just in case he tries to take it down. (the proper officials have also been informed and have a copy too)
4. Last but not least, check out this qoute from him on this very board addmiting his reply was to his sympathy and not the selling of shares!

they dont go in reverse order bud. he was responding to the sympathy email. just like in the first screen shot...
It was nice of him to finally confess to everyone on the board that he was trying to spread rubbish!
Now lets move on, we have two fruits spreading false claims. The real fruit hasn't posted in a while, he was just trying to get cheapies and he did. My guess is we will see him soon claiming to have changed his mind about the company after all LMAO! Now on to our second fruit.
1. Let's start with the BS about the CEO using this as his personal ATM. This can be disproved by finacials. Matt paid himself in restricted preferred shares that can't be used to dilute at this time. I would hate use that ATM, no one wants to get IOUs from an ATM right!
2. Now to his claim of no bid! This is a quote from November of last year lol, how long is he going to hold on to this one.

Long and strong on TOFS = No bid.
I left out his name so it would not be considered a personal attack.
2. Now on to his R/S and A/S increase claims from Jan. 1. All you have to do is check the Florida SOS to prove this statement wrong.

I agree. Either a R/S or A/S increase coming. This should be exciting
3. Out of his worthless 2356 post, over half are about our CEO. Sounds like a fixation to me. All of them have been and continue to be proven wrong. Anyway, who would take investment advice from a fruit who oils himself up and takes pictures of himself with nothing on but a pair of 1980 Terminator sunglasses. I guess just the ones who would take advice from a Chinese delivery boy, or some single cell amoeba(which have no brain by the way LMAO). The answer is no one would.
Everyone should do the research on these guys, they have no proof to back up any claim they make, and they are very poor liars who get caught in their mistakes daily. Whoever is paying them to spread this nonsense should fire them and hire someone with at least a GED for christ sakes!
