Could be. Even though GM has not made the website public it is out on the web for people to see. Maybe its a bone for us investors to feast on, but it still has the opportunity to attract potential investors and customers.
That being said GM could have just shelved the new website until audit was ready. Puts him in a tough spot if new investors contact him from this website and he is not ready (audited numbers).
