While I agree with the part about bashers either trying to cover shorting or attempting to pick up shares as cheap as possible (or both), I have to disagree with the part about PP purchasers trying to pump the stock for a 100% increase.
Why would they settle for a 100% increase, when the upside in less than a couple of months is more along the lines of 500% to 1,000%?
Use the mentality of a PP purchaser - they are willing to wait (recall that PP shares have a 6 month restriction on them). Investors who buy PP are committing themselves to waiting for something big - they don't think along the lines of the day traders who are trying to squeeze out a little profit each and every day.
Now, when BLTA pops.....which I think we all are expecting before the end of this month and then again upon certification sometime in late February/early March.......many PP purchasers may sell a small portion of their shares (to recoup some $ and play with "free" shares), but I still feel confident 80% to 90% of their shares are going to be held for at least another year or two after certification.
The only reason to "pump" BLTA at this time is to counter-act the bashers and to hope to make your portfolio look better for your own self worth (or for anyone you may have brought into this investment).
The truth is that as long as BLTA is trading over a penny (to keep from being de-listed), the current pps really doesn't matter all that much.
Let's just see what happens in a week or so when the mini-evac and the Proving Flights begin to have their effect.................
