Uh? You have to download the app hence its not installed. I have a Samsung 4k TV in my office as well
This is an outright lie by him as well as the other idiot kitt, I bought a samsung 4k late november. As I turned it on it updated itself and the UF app was on there. Fact. This is how all manufacturers get the app on their tvs. Good grief they are really getting desperate.
