In order to get a Lic. We need to have 2 grow cycles. Doesn't matter if bod is cleared. If they are and we have our structure u r talking about we still need 2 grow cycles. I think that is what drycreek is saying. Again u don't need a Lic. To grow the 2 cycles. If that is true which came directly from HC I wonder y we are not growing. Did we pass final inspection and get cleared for phase 1 growing?
