Let's see if I got this right.
1) Marani was poised for a nationwide roll out and international Brazil, Mexico and Dominican Republic.
2) With much fanfare they brought out a commercial but has it been used?
3) They added many new state licenses that haven't yet been used and has been reported recently that some of the renewals have been allowed to lapse.
4) They added many sales reps but are they effective?
5) They eluded to the fact in their financials that they might have to cease and desist or dramatically cut operations.
From the last quarterly report under growing concern
"If the Company is unable to generate profits and is unable to continue to obtain financing for
its working capital requirements, it may have to curtail its business sharply or cease business altogether.
These factors raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern."
The company went dark about a month ago. Looks to me like they have "curtail its business sharply".
The only thing any different is they are not currently issuing increasingly more shares.
I am a current share hold but down sharply. Is this currently a company that I would add new money to? I think not.
