Re: Mercury1 #6151
I agree Mercury on the EOY price. I believe for the 4th quarter .28 cents is fair.A lot of people always have opinions on price. 2 years ago we had a float of 7m shares so hence movements were far more sharp. I believe currently we are approx 75m shares in the float. The core owns a considerable amount of stock as I would guess 35m to 45m depending who is still long.

I believe what we have with SCRC is very unique as I KNOW OF NO .19 CENT STOCK ON THE BB THAT ARE BOTH PROFITABLE AS WELL AS CASH FLOW POSITIVE. Also regarding Zacks I do not know very many penny stocks that are endorsed there. I will say we are in the minority with having Zacks cover a penny stock. Certainly very good recognition.

I believe as we can clearly see since the STE conference along with continued execution of MAV the company SCRC has EVOLVED INTO A STOCK .10 to .19. The majority of the "core" are not playing this for technical analysis rather longer term fundamementals. The focus for most is fundamental analysis and CLEARLY NOT TECHNICAL ANALYSIS. Focus why you BOUGHT SCRCON THE UNDERLYING FUNDAMENTALS AND NOT TECHNICAL ANALYSIS.

The discussions I had with hedge funds at STE all stated they look for a "trend" when investing in a penny stock and when they buy at .12 to .19 they do not look for "A TRADE WHATSOEVER" they are looking to make 5 to 10x their $. All of the hf's were consistent with their answers regaring a favorable trend as well as stating rheir long term intentions regarding price. They also said if SCRC DOES INDEED SHOW BACK TO BACK TO BACK PROFITABLE QUARTERS WE THEN CONSIDER IT A SPECTACULAR BUY. Like anyone else in life some hedge fund people open up to you others are more reserved. However their just ordinary people and put 1 pant leg on at a time like you and I. Like us the are looking for opportunities that are special and unique. I believe that is the case with SCRC as the tape don't lie especially with the surge in volume which is natural buying from both retail as well as hedge fund buying.

On the topic of retail. Often "retail" is looked upon as as less thens and carry far less clout. I do not share that notion whatsoever. In fact the "core" is a very strong retail group that is very loyal and dedicated that rise above. We have a band of 30 people who HAVE INSTITUTIONAL $$$$$ IN SCRC COLLECTIVELY THAT ACT AS HEDGE FUNDS IN ESSENSE HOWEVER MUCH MORE LOYAL IN MY OPINION.

Their is a notion out their that in order to attract the big boys you must pay them. I disagree as some of the hedge funds see 150m o/s and a float that is rather mild 75m shares. They see a company doing 55m to 60m in revenues with a market cap of only 30m selling at one half sales. They see one of the greatest turnarounds of all time from rags to riches and want part of this little gem. As what is advertised on the forecast if scrc just does .04 eps and 55m 2015 .04x10 is .40 cents. 15x .40 is .60 cents. My EOY is .28 cents which is far more conservative. There are several catalysts that would make we change my forecast but for the time being thats what I predicted personally whether I am right or wrong. We will see the tale of the tape. My fundamental analysis has been far better than my TA.

Bottom Line: SCRC WAS BOUGHT BY THE CORE FOR FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS AND NOT TECHNICAL ANALYSIS. TECHNICAL ANALYSIS IS GENERALLY USED WITH SHORT TERM TRADERS WHO ARE IN AND OUT FOR A FLEETING MOMENT. EXPECT SCRC TO BACK AND FILL AS NOTHING EVER GOES UP IN A STRAIGHT LINE. IF INDEED THERE IS A SHORT THAN THAT CHANGES THE PICTURE. AS A COMPANY WE ARE IN TERIFIC SPOT. AS A STOCK WE ARE GETTING THERE. IN 19 DAYS WE WILL SEE OUR REPORT CARD FOR JANUARY I BELIEVE IT TO BE EVENT MOVING. IF 5M AREA WE ARE IN FINE SHAPE. BLOCK OUT THE NOISE.
