regular ore was being blocked by port because govt had prematurely cancelled the 3rd ship dec 2011 trucked after the 2nd ship Loreto and fert was being blocked by new? permit requirements -had to add USA for fert- and Mex Pres election was challenged in court so the govt was frozen even more than usual-
a series of pincer movements that forced CWRN to stop mining Oct 2012- ore at port finally shipped May 2013 after CWRN won a suit against the port re the blockade- that was 1 of the suits referenced by the May 2013 PR- the other suit was re something illegal somebody else-not CWRN- had done- which suit CWRN likely would win also
