Good morning everyone. I just wanted update the TDAMERITRADE situation. I called the trading desk yesterday and spent quite some time exploring why we can't trade MNGG. I was talking to a supervisor that said because of the stock certificates cost to settle each trade, it would be quite some time if ever they would let people trade our stock. Then I was told there were other reasons they could not disclose. They have given me fits for years. Customer service has always been as useful as a screen door on a submarine.
I took most of the day off from work yesterday to interview every brokerage house out there to transfer my family's accounts. Not a single one had a problem trading MNGG and welcomed the opportunity to do just that. Needless to say I initeated the transfer to etrade and I should be back up and trading within a week. They were awesome and I recieved extra cash and 60 days of unlimited free trades for the transfer. No limit on amount of shares traded.
I hope this helps some of you out there with the same issue.
