In NM you can get MMJ. In Santa Fe, just outside of where I live in the mountains, it is decriminalized for small amounts of personal use.
Sante Fe is the only city I know of that has that in NM.

No, have never tried MCIG and most likely would know no difference. I do HEAR that it is a very good product though. Have not heard any bad reviews so far except on this board concerning the early versions.
