I spent a lot of time last night with my investment partner (Jack Daniels) evaluating the things that have transpired over the last few days.
Bill Chaaban resigned as the CEO of Creative Edge Nutrition and James Robinson was appointed as the new CEO. Along with that appointment, I believe that Mr. Robinson also received the super voting rights that were formerly held by Bill. As I read all the information, Creative Edge is now under the full control of James Robinson.
Mr. Robinson has increased the number of Authorized shares, but no new shares have been issued at this time, only the number available that can be issued. It is my belief that this could have been done for a possible buyout of or merger with, Giddy Up creating a powerful Sports Drink and Nutrition Company.
Many are concerned about what the increase of the Authorized Shares will do to the spinoff shares. Again, in my opinion it does nothing to the spinoff shares. The spinoff shares will be issued based on the outstanding shares of FITX, not authorized shares.
There have already been numerous posts about the Financials and how they are affected by the increase in Authorized shares. Again, in my opinion, there will be no effect. The Financial that we are waiting on are the year end financial for Creative Edge Nutrition for last fiscal year ending September 30, 2014. We all know what has been going on with the company through that date, a lot of build out of the site in Lakeshore.
The financials I will be really interested in are the Audited Financials that will be filed with the SEC in connection with the Spinoff or Merger. Those will tell the real story of Cen Biotech. That is truly when it begins for me. I first bought in because of the potential of the Medical Marijuana business and that potential still exists and is even larger now than when I first bought. I will continue to add when I can until the spinoff is complete no matter what the price of FITX does in the coming days or weeks because I feel like this is a blessing in disguise to be able to get a few more shares at these prices, not for what it is now, but for what it is going to be.
