Sounds good- 10q can be seen at otcmarkets.com- now that they are current with their filings they should be upgraded to pink current class- assuming they pay the required news feed subscription to otc- and if they achieve a 1c pps (a new OTCQB requirement) and choose to pay a new 10000/year surcharge by otc to be listed as OTCQB,they could again be listed as OTCQB
until mining investment picks up, 10Q indicates they are still working on the enigma investment project
from the 10q for the period ended Aug 31
