After following up on your posts, I do understand what you are asking. The OTC filings link does not lead to a filing. I don't know if that is an oversight by OTC Marketplace or what is going on there. Obviously it was reported to the OTC, as referenced in news story, and it did happen as shown by Nevada SOS.
