I'm pretty sure it was 3.5 o/s 4.8 a/s which has been the problem all along. We are diluted and the spin off solves that for mj side. They can't just add 1.3b shares on a whim. Nobody would buy stock in any company if they could do that. To add shares to the o/s it has to be voted on by the share holders. Which is us..
