Your article is incorrect. CEN is not currently involved in medical marijuana in Canada. Claims to being involved were incorrectly made and investors continue to think they are but the simple fact of the matter is, CEN has yet to be awarded a license despite lofty claims of the company their license was imminent. It was a year ago yesterday the company issued a press releases stating they would have a license by May and producing product. All they have is a missing executive, investors who are dipping into the cool aid for comfort, and loving they fact they might get their products into 27 rehearsal spaces where roadies are going to consume the products and push the share price to new heights. You should correct your opening sentence however. CEN is not involved in the production of medical mj - they produce many press releases however but they don't require a license, other than a poetic license, to do that.
