I respectfully disagree. Appeasement is the wrong solution for bashers. They will not go away. Their motive is financial, not vanity. Ignoring them is what they want. Their goal is to wear you out.
A start up is valued on sentiment; and fear is much easier to instill than confidence on investor sentiment. They seek short term profits and their antics are unfortunately effective or they wouldn't be here.
