Today before the opening bell, PURE Hospitality Solutions reported that its “What’s Next?” agenda (posted in an earlier blog at http://dtn.fm/W9vxS) is already taking shape, as the company moves towards establishing a hub for Central American-Caribbean online hospitality marketing services and technology solutions.
“The opportunities for PURE in the Central American-Caribbean region of Latin America are endless,” said Melvin Pereira in today’s press release. “This is especially significant as we look to establish an online platform that will offer a suite of hospitality products and services, as well as provide an extremely valuable innovation to major OTA’s like Expedia. If managed well, our year-end valuation will be significant!”
Management provided an agenda covering:
1. Begin branding properties with the new “by PURE” brand
2. Complete the reduction of debt
3. Conduct first shareholder conference call
4. Move to complete audit
5. Up-list to a higher exchange
6. Initiate the second phase of the restructuring – the “Give Back”
7. Host first shareholder live conference event in Costa Rica, and,
8. Launch the new and improved version of the FROL.
To accomplish its goals, PURE has:
• Retained an auditing firm
• Entered Negotiations to restructure primary debt holder
• Currently reviewing Board of Director candidates
• Developing sustainable verticals to compliment launch of the new FROL
• Secure platform to host first shareholder conference call
• Launch an increased, non-toxic funding initiative for growth projects
Management indicated that there will be an “aggressive push” to continue raising non-toxic financing. Executives are even exploring creative and unconventional options to limit undue liability and exposure. Management also indicated that the PURE’s income is continuously improving, nearly tripling revenue from the previous quarter, which is helping to improve the company’s prospects of securing viable financing.
Mr. Pereira concluded, “My focus for 2015 is simple. I will keep what works, eliminate what doesn’t, and establish, develop and grow the value proposition that will position PURE as the market’s favorite Company to watch over the next 24 months.”
