The company is alive and doing well. It may not seem so from its current share price or valuation but where this company came from, meaning completely mismanaged and endless toxic financing which eroded all shareholders equity. In comparison where the company is today versus May 2013 is similar to comparing it to night and day. The interim management has settled all hostile debt holders. Most of the creditors are resolved. The management, for the past good while has been in discussions with NJ State to resolve the tax matters with NJ. This upcoming settlement will allow the company to re domicile to a more business friendlier State such as Delaware Nevada or Wyoming. All of these actions have caught the attention of several potential merger candidates. One in particular is a EU based manufacturing company in the transportation industry sector. This company has significant assets and revenues. They are looking to KNSC as an entry into USA markets to sell their products. Although many viable merger candidates did look and pass upon KNSC partly because of the huge toxic debt overhang and the NJ tax issues ,it appears that the interim management is very close to resolving the NJ matter; and as aforementioned all the toxic debt has been settled. 2015 could be a game changer year for many long term KNSC shareholders.
