Please refrain from posting common sense over there 4on4off, WE here appreciate your post, BUT, I think that is not allowed there, only "scam" and "fraud" some believe over there.

The first and foremost benefit is the clearing of debt, to the parties involved, by means of the legit 3a10 which will free up much needed liquidity as revenues begin to stream in.
Instead of allocating future revenues to pay off this debt it can be utilized to push forward with the aggressive plans for growth that XNRG wishes to embark upon.
Being able to accumulate future revenues from physical commodity trades, rather than allocating it to toward debt, will allow the company to leverage these revenues to increase future revenue streams into the company.
That is the whole point and that is to the future benefit of shareholders.
