West Palm Investor Meeting Summary
I have been a shareholder since August 1st and have never sold a share or flipped this stock even once. I own quite a bit of shares of THCZ because I believe in the product and the story. I have never met Jerry or Tom in person before today, but have exchanged emails back and forth for a couple months. There is never a guarantee that a company will be successful or the stock price will go up, but I felt 100% confident in the material I saw and read, and the products I saw first-hand and tasted. I am not being paid or compensated in any way from the company. I have worked the past 18 years with a Fortune 50 company with major products. I also have distributed beer and soda for years and have distribution experience.
I arrived to the meeting about five minutes prior to the start time. I was greeted by Jerry and then Tom. They were both very cordial and welcomed myself and others. As I waited for others to show up, Tom jumped right into the drinks and invited about four of us over to taste. I tasted the three canned drinks and the five alcoholic drinks. These drinks are incredibly smooth and tasted exactly what they are supposed to taste like. I have had Redbull and Monster and a couple off brand energy drinks and there is no comparison to the quality that THCZ has developed. To be exact, these drinks were created by the same people that created Smartarita for Tom before joining THCZ. The cans and alcoholic wines with hemp were designed by Rhino Marketing and students from the University of Houston. The target audience for the energy drinks are 16 to 34. The alcoholic drinks obviously 21 and older. The cans (12 oz.) will retail for $2.99 and the alcoholic drinks (375 ml) will retail for $4.99. The wine based alcoholic drinks are wine based, but you would never even know these drinks contained wine. Very smooth and refreshing. This product will be bottled in Minnesota. There is a plan to roll out a Totally Hemp Water line after the alcoholic rollout. A+ on the drinks!
Jerry and Tom were very excited to create a relationship with Rhino and especially the CEO Tom Hensley. Rhino was excited that THCZ came to them! Rhino saw the product and listened to the idea and they had stated that only a few opportunities come around in a lifetime for a marketing firm and this was one of them. Rocky Mountain High name is THCZ’s by the way. There are other brands out there that use Rocky Mountain High, but not another drink. Rhino runs THCZ, Twitter, and Instagram, not THCZ. Rhino is about 90% complete on the website and is said to look terrific resembling a website that is vibrant, young, and informative. I witnessed a PowerPoint at the meeting that outlined a very, very detailed rollout of numbers and point of sale for the THCZ rollout. There is absolutely a plan, and Rhino has plans of how many stores they want to be in, along with predicted can sales per week, per month, etc. There will be over 500 coolers on the initial rollout in the Dallas market (counter top) that you have seen with Red Bull and other drinks with THCZ thematics, etc. Looking to purchase 4 promotional vans with THCZ wrap, neon light can lights and much more. Of course, lots of radio, print, and crazy amount of social media will be hitting once the product launches. Amazon will launch shortly after the website! Cases will be shipped and it basically for the what the cans would cost in a retail store and no shipping at appr $36 a case. Rhino’s figures have THCZ be able to sell appr 600,000 cans just in the first 90 days with a predicted 200 outlets. This does not count internet sales! That 1,000,000 can mark in first 90 days can easily to achieved. The main person at Rhino that helped Redbull become who they are is not Tom Hensley but Harry Drnec in Europe. Harry Drnec said he would help aid in this venture THCZ wanted him to.
THCZ continues to receive numerous calls from all parts of the United States and miscellaneous countries for distribution. THCZ will also distribute the concentrate for others to use to help with sales. Bottled water is a 12 billion industry, Tea is a 9.5 billion industry, and Energy drinks are a 9.5 billion industry. Hemp is projected to be a 50 - 100 billion industry!
Pictures of Jerry and tom and the cans you already have so that doesn’t serve much of an impact. If they allow me to post the PowerPoint I will with all the detail in the numbers, but I wanted to at least give you a summary of what I saw.
I am not a pumper, I am just someone that gets excited about a story and this is a great story. After speaking to Jerry and Tom, they were not even concerned with where the stock price is or the manipulation of the penny clubs. Long term they know what they have and the relationships they have to make this a multi dollar stock price in a couple years … yes, I typed multi-dollar stock price! Seeing and hearing all I did today, I am planting myself down on this company and following closely. There were so many avenues and opportunities that I discussed earlier in this summary that there is too much out there to not be successful. This is basically a two man operation so my biggest learning today was to be patient if news doesn’t arrive exactly on a particular day and see the big picture. When I see the Founder and CEO excited and not arrogant about their story that makes me a believer.
