On the spin off.....The company will be able to announce the SEC decision to proceed or not. In the event we are allowed to proceed, it will be about a month, maybe less when we can expect to hear from FINRA. I would expect sometime in early Feb, or late Jan for the SEC to decide. JMO based on previous company timelines with company's who have done this. Not written in stone at all.
On the License.....I still feel that H / C has no idea of how things will work out with the appeal. I do not think they will bust a grape until all of that has been decided by the courts. There is no way you can know what volume of MMJ you will need until you find out if people can grow their own or not. Just makes sense to me and again....nothing written in stone.
