In my opinion and view about all of this.....it is just a bunch of white noise......again just more deja vu. And very tiring to be frank.
Fact is that Cen was totally misled by Lakeshore over a year ago.
Fact is that Lakeshore switched up what they wanted at the end game.
Fact is that H / C is responsible for us not having a license along with anyone else that did not already have one before April.
Fact is that Cen had no control over what the above parties decided to do. Yet, the bashers want to blame them for all of it.
Fact is that Cen announced that they want to spin off from Creative as soon as possible.
Fact is that in order for that to happen Audited Financials must come out first. That is expected on the 13th of this month.
Fact is that NOTHING matters at this point until one week from today when the Financials and disclosures come forward.
Fact is that because Cen is going through the process, they are very limited on public information until they are approved by the SEC first to make that move to spin off. Yet, bashers wish to blame them for the silence.
After the SEC gives approval, then FINRA must also approve.
Because we are now very close to having some Audited and accurate information on the company, (one week), the bashers are out in full force to get this stock into the sub Penney's, BEFORE good news hits. If you don't think so, look at the volume of bad press by very questionable sources in the past week alone. Only one week left you ass holes so go for it while you can.
I personally am loading hard before the financials come out because I am of the view the news will be highly positive. That is just my view and everyone needs to do their own thing and decide for yourself. Me saying I am loading up is NOT, AND I REPEAT N O T, A RECOMENDATION TO BUY, SELL, OR HOLD. That is your choice on your situation. Be responsible for all choices you make in your investments, please.
