Update on HHSE auditor replacement

Eric Parkinson has confirmed that the accounting firm of Hogan Taylor is no longer engaged as the HHSE audit firm. He says that an un-named successor firm with experience in the entertainment industry has been engaged.
Does anyone know who this might be ?
Will this have an impact on the Form 10 Filing which might require an audit ?
