As far as I know, no appeal has been filed about the Lakeshore By-Laws yet because they have not been ruled on by the county. Lakeshore has submitted the changes to the county of Essex, but it can take up to 3 to 4 months after they are submitted to the county for the county to make their final decision. We would not appeal anything until after that decision has been made.
