There is no TOS violation being a basher, spewing FUD daily, misleading people etc...anyone can be a MOD regardless.
Example: I hate Apple (the company/mgmt) for their unethical business practices. I MOD over there on the AAPL board and I bash AAPL all the time.
The longs hate me...good..lol.
I understand how you feel, but iHub allows it, so does Yahoo & Raging Bull...bashers that is.
