Bird, thank you for all your DD and presenting the info in a manner that did not lean one way or the other. You made it very clear that the property is currently not connected to CEN. I do like the opportunity it represents. I knew when this info started coming out it would just become more fodder for the naysayers and bashers. It is just how the world works.
