even masters' minions have to *recognize* >> the reality of P2O
filing an 8k during a holiday shortened week vs exploiting a full week
for material events
after all talking points will have have to be adjusted ..
i would have filed the 8k on 12.31.14 myself ..
but the set up going into the 14th is pretty sweet
