Matt, in order to see the bid/ask you need to have L2
On this site you can see what L2 is, but you can only use it for NYSA/NASDAQ stocks, up until a few months ago you could see OTC stocks but something must have changed, because I had 3 websites where I could see L2 for OTC stocks and they stopped showing that on the same day...
