Read the article, I found a revenue stream. Suing the press. At no time did FITX ever say "we have a license" as the article said. Plus, my math may be wrong, but everyone claims Bill made 4-6 million selling shares. He never sold at peak prices, so even if he sold ever share...at say .04 pps, that MAY barely break $1 Million, and in today's world, that's not worth all the possible reprocess ions of illegal acts.
