Exactly .... Didn't the SEC halt PHOT for a lot less than what some of people on this board is working about with CEN. I just checked Push Points website and we are still on their major client list but uses the new CenBio website as a way to learn more about the company....also due to the spinoff dies not everyone who will have an active part of running CenBio have to resign from Creative Edge including investor relations, CEO and all board members.
What are some freaking out about.... Maybe I am missing something but the PR that came out fall in line I term of what needs to happen for spinoff to happen... And if you believe the press as no agenda and just want to sell more papers....then WOW..
