Ntek bought hvel and spun off ultraflix/umg.
People think those are good things.
Here's what's gonna happen.
Hvel absorbs gaming.
Umg absorbs ultraflix.
Both become separate tickers.
Ntek shareholders get nothing.
Officers get richer.
Thing it can't happen? Think again!
I was in mhtx. They raised 1 million to fund "haptics". They put the technology in a company called novint.
It became its own ticker nvnt.
It got sold.
Shareholders got shit!
Pinkies can screw shareholders. It's happening right before our eyes. I've lost 80% of pps value from over .15 to just over .03
Form 15 supposedly expired this month yet no audits. Why advertise audits in Oct 2013 if not to do them?
