Caduceus Software Systems Corp. (OTCBB: CSOC) - (The Company) is pleased to provide the following update on its business initiatives:
Negotiations with Ascendant technologies continue and are expected to be completed in the near future, with a view to grow the Company’s presence in the Philippines’;
Completing joint venture discussions with additional leading companies in the Health Care Field to increase its presence in the UK and the Asia Pacific region;
The Company continues to work with Sygnit to enhance and improve its software but it is also looking at increasing the Company’s technology base and completing its mobile strategy through a merger or acquisition.
