That is 100% correct, there are no contractors of any kind doing anything for CMR as we have not hired any contractors to do anything for us - on a side note there, I have and I believe that Kerry has as well, stated in no uncertain terms that we are not promoters that hang out on message boards and pump, boost, or otherwise attempt to sway shareholders into buying things that we ourselves wouldn't buy.
So now you are saying well what good are you then? We will perform our duties to the highest standards based on the "list" that you outlined in your previous post - the correct way - through social media, radio, perhaps a TV spot or 2, providing easy to navigate, understand, and CURRENT website(s), assisting with investor relations where needed and providing information to the investment community based on facts and figures that are put out by the company based on its verifiable performance. We ARE NOT In the business of manufacturing things just to sell shares, we ARE NOT in the business of having any type of a business relationship with companies that are not working towards making their value increase. That is one of the reasons that we are no longer associated with the other company - if one was to do a little research into the happenings there, one would have a clear picture of how things went and ended.

We are in the business of gathering information, relaying information, providing good presentation of said information, and ultimately - in the game to increase not only company value but shareholder value as well.

How we choose to accomplish our deliverables to any company that we are contracted with is at our own discretion. As I have stated, we do not have an active contract with XNRG and therefore have zero, none, 0, contractors or any other type of services online at present. When that changes, I am sure that the company will provide the proper disclosures publicly as required by the SEC.

You are correct, on our Facebook page it states that one of our services are Section 3(a)(10) exemptions. In this case, CMR did not assist or initiate in any way the execution of this 3(a)(10). CMR was contacted for the services outlined in previous posts and in the public filings. How Xun Energy chose to pay for those contracted services was entirely up to them.
I appreciate the questions and the time that you have taken to pose them.
