I think it tells you that supply is definitely not comi g from a supposed Dow factory anytime soon...QMC is after multi kg and tonnage contracts not small orders.The facility at Runcorn is only 3500 sq ft and uses multiple " batch lines " definitely not enough to supply and industry.QMC expansion will give them the same area and they will house multiple reactors which produce many times output to batch.QMC OPEX will be a factor vs any qd producer as supply demands increase.
