My understanding: There were only 2 things. Frames per second recording speed of security cameras and mesh screens placed over Vault vents. Reinspection was not required and fixes were proven via electronic correspondence ie a letter from security company regarding resetting recording speed and pictures of the mesh in place. There is a red herring regarding the pods, but having growing equipment in place IS NOT a prerequisite to being licensed.
