Well we crushed a new 52 week low! Way to go ntek.

I think they're not really doing buybacks. The way it works is this.
Notice the TA reports shares "issued and outstanding ".
Notice that doesn't say anything about shares "sold".
So, i contend that they didn't "sell" all the 730 million shares "issued and outstanding ". They just "issued" them.
Say they held 30-50 million of the 730 million shares "issued" back. They could say they're reducing O.S., and those doing the good dd might assume ntek is doing buybacks, instead of just taking a few million of the holdback shares off the market, and just not selling them in the first place.
New shell HVEL. The name will be changed once the acquisition is completed, and imo, more shares will be issued.
Plus, now that they spun off UMG, they said in the latest letter dated Dec 23rd. Third paragraph, "fund offerings. In addition to fund raising "
No mention of how we, the current shareholders, who've suffered through 50% dilution, and 70% pps decrease, will share in HVEL, or UMG, now that they are both separate entities with their own shares structure and "fund raising ".
Not to mention, this automatically delays Audits!
People think that letter answers all their questions.
To me, it answers nothing.
It just raises more questions. Apparently, the market agrees.
The new 52 week lows have spoken. Loud. And, Clear.
