Where is the promotion? Please highlight the promotion. Please identify the "gang of contractors".
It takes less than ten minutes reviewing the public posts over at your favorite hub to know that XNRG is one of the LEAST promoted penny stocks out there. If not THE least promoted stock on the OTC. So much so that fellow posters of yours send messages to the company BEGGING for promotion. Or posts the same on other venues. "Something"..."ANYTHING" has been requested in an effort to promote the stock and increase the pps. Yet, Jerry only releases fact and what is legally required.
Let's not forget the public outcry because the company stock has such little activity and interest because the information provided by the company is done so through the SEC approved company forum and NOT via fluff PR's. Of course, the lack of interest in the stock is purely conjecture as is many of your (and others) proclamations.
Again, I ask, where's the promotion?

Well, personally I think CM Research is already providing IR and other services for XNRG in the current moment.
Kerry Thacker posts regularly on other venues in support of XNRG, and directs questions to be directed to her so it appears to me that CM Research LLC is already performing all of the services detailed in the "settlement" regardless of being paid upfront, or not. Throw in the gang of contractors and you have a whole gang of "free" promotion, I reckon.
Makes me wonder what kind of legal loophole they think they are jumping thru with this maneuver.
