Here's the response I got from IHUB : apparently I'm the only person that didnt know IHUB allows this LOL Via IHUB Admin:
"Yes there are some users who use scripted posting. They are limited the posting once every 30 seconds I believe, and are restricted to doing so on their own general-topic board. And they have to maintain a commercial subscription (IRP) since they are posting for commercial purposes. And they would also have to be a premium account to post more than 15 times in a day. This is not a revelation (except maybe to you); it has been allowed for many years."
