Okay, something fresh. Fresh for me, anyways. Help me to understand the current board of director and CEO situation. It is my understanding (misunderstanding?) that Bill and the dream team board have actually resigned and there is a new CEO of FITX. Bill is no longer the CEO.
The resignations being in preparation for a spin-off in which they'll become the new CEO and BOD for the spin-off.
Is there or is there not paperwork that needs to be filed with the SEC (which would be a public document) to initiate said spin-off? Or is it the intention to be a Canadian company traded on the TSX and that is where it's filed? All I can find are press releases containing forward looking statement such as "plan to, intend to,.." nothing factual, except Bill and the BOD resignations.
