The zoning has been properly adhered to by F.I.T.X. and the rest of the nonsense is much to do about noting. So, forget about it. The persons that author nonsense on this site are wasting their time as well as my time reading their misinformed bullpoop. The country of Canada's government is populated with the same lazy, good for nothing morons that populate the U.S. government. They will and must eventually issue the proper permits to F.I.T.X. You cannot approve the authorization to a company to invest multi millions of dollars to develop a site that can only do good things for a sleazy town like Lakeshore and than go back on the arrangement. If Canada does not do the right thing no other country in the world will trust them as a business partner. They have dragged their feet long enough and I believe the proper permits will be issued in the very near future. If not, it may be time to involve the R.C.M.P. in conducting an investigation into the possibility of corruption and gross misconduct. That would be very much like having the F.B.I. looking up your anal opening. Sheer laziness may be the only problem, but the question remains: Would you do business with an outfit like that?
