I believe we will be ready by q3 in terms of requirements being met. I will say that imho an uplisting can happen in q4 of 2015 to q1 2016. The reality is not that far off. In terms of whether .30 cents .50 cents etc I will leave that to you guys. I have a year estimate for 2015 at .28 cents as the float is over 75m approx and the o/s is about 150m o/s. I was told by several hf's that the requirement is 4m in equity so if all things sustain we will achieve that by q1 2015. I realize other criteria however it should all fall in place with 3 quarters of 1.5m net income. it appears that will happen again this quarter.
