Anyone have any thoughts on what KMA does next armed with this information? How is such a situation addressed?
Thinking logically, would KMAG be allowed to continue to trade on the greys if there's a huge share discrepancy? Could we get totally halted until the PTB sort things out? And how long could that take if indeed the SEC. etc. have dragged their feet and given us the cold shoulder on these alleged filings KMA has submitted?
