I mean, think about it.
How in hell does anyone in their right mind expects this ECIG stock trading at these dime prices after trading at almost $20/share within the same year will actually stay at these prices in all of 2015..

The fact that this kissed .05 and since recovered to .14 doesn't even touch the start of what's to be recovered in 2015
yet alone the fact that ECIG is yet still generating revenue to boot?
With all things considering, anything under a $1 here is likely a good entry point going into 2015
When the market realizes that this ECIG era, the world is entering today, is liken to the tobacco era of the yesteryears (but now without the harmful side effects), even entering at $10/Share would be a gift.
Level 2 subscription, you can track up 5 stocks at a time and it shows Bid/Ask current levels. It is well worth the investment. It shows about 20 entries on both sides so you can see if the market is starting to shift one way or the other. It was pretty scary first thing Friday but could see the bottom and reversal coming. With all the big orders going through on Friday from noon to close I don't think this will pull back until Wed.
Not uncommon for some to look a gift horse in the mouth.
If it weren't for the debt, none of us would be so lucky as to be able to load up oodles of shares below .10.
If ECIG were debt free right now, with 143M o/s and the projected revenues, without question, it'd never have even seen below .50.
Since the dilution is accretive, it's all a wash/trade-off.
Higher o/s = lower debt. Lower debt = higher valuation.
To open? That's a big gap. Strong close Friday but I'd guess no higher than a .115 open. I'd prefer a .113 sell at the open and up from there. Shorts will probably wait to see how it reacts first thing in the morning. We'll need excitable volume for a big run
May go to .10 but I'm having serious doubts at this point. I would say anything below .20.
.08 if it gaps down next week,which is possible,being the year end and all JMHO

Yes OCmillionaire! Mr. Bill Fields! This ECIG team is full of industry Vets from major companies. The connection factor and access to $$ could be huge. IMO
Monday morning, ECIG without news opens over .12, with News opens over .16.
